We stand by the quality of every kit we offer. Unused kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything is wrong with your kit, such as missing paints or a damaged canvas, contact us and we’ll make it right. Your kit is also covered by our 90-day warranty. How long does it take to complete a painting?
It depends on the complexity of the image and your own pace. As a guide, each kit has an estimated painting time based on its difficulty: Easy (up to 6 hours), Moderate (6–10 hours) and Challenging (more than 10 hours). These times are approximate. Beginners or anyone who likes to take their time may need longer, while experienced painters often finish sooner. Most people spread their painting over a few relaxing sessions.
Is the extra paint set necessary for all kits?
Most customers don’t need extra paint, but if you prefer layering or tend to paint generously, a backup set can be handy—especially for larger or detailed designs.
Do the numbers show through the paint?
Typically, no. Our paints offer good coverage. For very light colors, a second coat may be helpful to fully cover the numbers. Read our full guide on paint coverage here.
What if I run out of paint?
Just reach out to our support team with your order number—we offer free paint refills for most kits.
Do I need any extra tools or accessories?
Your paint by numbers kit includes everything you need to get started. That said, many painters love adding a few extras like precision detail brushes or a magnifying lamp to make painting even smoother and more relaxing. How long does delivery take?
Your kit is prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout: Standard Shipping takes about 9-12 business days, and USA Fast Shipping from our US facility takes about 5-8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your kit ships.
What’s the difference between Standard Shipping and USA Fast Shipping?
Both options include the same kit and quality. Standard Shipping is sent from our international production facility and is free on orders over $16. USA Fast Shipping is sent directly from our US production facility for a $4.95 flat rate, so your kit arrives faster. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.
