Thank you for shopping at Painting by Numbers Shop. Below you’ll find clear information about our processing times, shipping options, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Processing

• Standard kits: 1–3 business days processing time
• Custom Paint by Numbers kits: 2–4 business days processing time

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. United States Shipping

USA Production & Fast Shipping (Selected Kits)

We offer a faster shipping option for selected 40x50 cm and larger Paint by Numbers kits, including Custom Paint by Numbers kits.

Eligible kits can be produced and shipped directly from the United States.

• Shipping cost: $2.95 per kit
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days within the US
• Applies only to selected 40x50 cm and larger kits

If your product qualifies, this option will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Standard US Shipping

For kits not eligible for USA production, standard shipping to the United States typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the United States typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local postal services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Returns

4.1 Change of Mind

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for change‑of‑mind returns are issued as store credit. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

4.2 Warranty Claims

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order.

Customers are required to prepay return shipping. Upon approval of the claim, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

After receiving the returned item, we will process the claim within 7 business days. You may choose:

(a) Refund to original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) Replacement item (if available)

5. Address Changes

We can update your delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

6. Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Delays & Issues

If your delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@paintingbynumbersshop.com with your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the package and product.

8. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax (where applicable) is included in the product price.

International customers may be subject to customs duties or local taxes depending on their country’s regulations.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our return policy.
